Terms of Use
Last updated: October 30, 2026
By playing Wing It!! at playwingit.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the game. Questions? Email support@playwingit.com.
Playing the game
- The game is free to play. Some items can be bought with real money.
- If you're under 18, ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
- Your nickname must not be offensive, hateful or pretend to be someone else. We may change or remove names that break this rule.
- No cheating, hacking or using bugs to get scores, coins or items. We may remove scores, reset progress or ban players who do.
Coins, birds and other items
- Coins, birds, hats and other in-game items are part of the game. They have no real-world money value, can't be exchanged for cash, and can't be sold or transferred.
- You get permission to use the items you earn or buy inside the game. You don't own them outside the game.
- We may change, rebalance or retire items and features, and leaderboard seasons may be reset.
Purchases and refunds
- Purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay, and tax may be added where required.
- Items are added to your game after Stripe confirms payment. If something you paid for doesn't show up, email us with your receipt and we'll fix it.
- All purchases are final, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us.
Ads
Some features, like continuing a run, let you choose to watch an ad. Ads come from Google and other advertisers. We aren't responsible for what advertisers offer.
Your account
Signing in uses your Google account. Keep your account secure. We may suspend players who break these terms.
The game "as is"
We work hard to keep Wing It!! running well, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available, free of bugs, or that progress will never be lost. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses from using the game, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
